β€’ Represent Digital Direction as part of a Managed Telecom Team for existing and new customers. β€’ Interface with clients and vendors to facilitate client orders. β€’ Customer service function supporting clients in changes to their telecom environment. β€’ Establish relationships with key stakeholders for telecom management services. β€’ Create pricing proposals and report data for client business reviews. β€’ Participate as lead analyst in client Audit/TEM/MTS meetings. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams for client success metrics tracking.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 3+ years of pricing desk experience within the telecom industry. β€’ 5+ years of experience in telecom/cloud/IT (Channel experience preferred), with high market exposure to all the different industry providers. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights to clients. β€’ Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and pricing targets. β€’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. β€’ VERY HIGH knowledge of telecom products, services, and providers, including voice, data, and cloud solutions. β€’ VERY HIGH knowledge of telecom contract language and contract negotiation. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve client success goals. β€’ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and data analytics tools.
