Description

• The right candidate will possess a strong technical program management, consumer product development experience background • Demonstrated experience in leading complex initiatives across multiple product, software and hardware teams • Strong background in managing consumer electronics projects to achieve system KPIs • The candidate needs to drive large bodies of work independently through collaboration with stakeholders such as System/Product architects, Software Technical Leads, Software and Hardware Managers and Validation domain experts • Drive multiple engineering programs and product initiatives

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing software or consumer device programs from inception to production • Experience building systems and processes for observing and improving battery, power and thermals for a HW/SW system • Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery • Communication and interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team • Knowledge of software development and product development processes and best practices • Experience in processing and analyzing large sets of data using a MS-Excel / G-Sheet • Scripting experience in SQL and Python programming is a Major plus • Experience leading cross-functional teams (software and hardware engineers, peer TPMs and product managers) • Experience in communicating program status, risks and planned mitigations to technical experts and leadership • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
