Description

• As a member of our Client Services team, responsible for ensuring exceptional service • Assigned specific accounts within the North East of England and Scotland • Forge excellent relationships with clients • Ensure new clients receive a warm welcome and a great experience • Collaborate with the Client Services Team to maintain client satisfaction • Travel to visit clients regularly, with team meetings held in various locations

Requirements

• Experience working with B2B clients, conducting meetings and providing detailed follow-ups • Experience within the Attractions or Leisure and Tourism sector • Exceptional communication skills • The ability to understand online-based systems, although full training will be provided, some experience in using CRM systems is a benefit • Experience in managing a regional client base, planning meetings and travel arrangements • Full clean driving licence • You'll be based in the North East of England - this is a work from home role, although there will be regular team meetings
