Requirements

• Positive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Sales experience, especially in territory management or B2B sales, is a plus. • Experience in plastic packaging or with automotive OEMs is helpful, but not required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales-related software. • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and solution-selling skills. • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
