β€’ Provide guidance, support and analysis of HCM systems, data and processes β€’ Develop recommendations for enhancement of HCM systems and analytical tools β€’ Provide support to stakeholders on identification, development and reporting of human capital metrics for assessing and improving HCM programs, HCM service delivery, and business performance β€’ Document processes and promote data maturity and process discipline β€’ Conduct research to remain current on industry trends β€’ Partner with HCM leadership, IT and the business to leverage technology to improve the overall employee experience β€’ Optimize HRIS System (ADP WorkforceNow) functionality and promote configuration and utilization of self-service β€’ Perform configuration for events, processes, and activities including approvals and workflow β€’ Perform configuration of PTO plan/policies and make adjustments as needed β€’ Perform complex reporting and analysis of data β€’ Create ad hoc and scheduled reports for ongoing stakeholder needs β€’ Perform employee data imports β€’ Maintain tables and access/permissions in the HRIS System β€’ Apply analytical thought and judgement to resolve complex system issues β€’ Manage service requests for system issues and/or enhancements β€’ Develop process documentation and support colleagues in preparation of documentation β€’ Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity β€’ Prepare ADP job aids and provide training to ADP users β€’ Assist colleagues in use of data to diagnose problems β€’ Support projects/process improvement initiatives β€’ Performs other duties as assigned β€’ Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's in human resources, Business Administration (or similar field) or equivalent β€’ 4 years progressive responsibility in HR technology or data management β€’ Strong knowledge of HR information system structure, tables, processes, and reporting β€’ ADP WFN knowledge and experience highly preferred β€’ Ability to analyze alternatives and develop solutions to a variety of system issues β€’ Ability to work independently with limited direction β€’ Works with sense of urgency and timeliness β€’ Experience in applying task management skills β€’ Advanced MS Excel skills and proficient in other MS Office tools; quick to learn new systems/tools β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
