Description
• Lead and manage People Operations in the Americas region. • Oversee compliance, employee lifecycle processes, policy management, and more. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and support global expansion. • Drive process optimization across People Operations. • Lead, mentor, and develop a local high-performing People Operations team.
Requirements
• 6+ years in People Operations or HR roles, with at least 3 years of people management. • Deep expertise in managing employment compliance (e.g., I-9, EEO-1, SOC2 audits). • Strong ability to think strategically and implement solutions that improve operational efficiencies. • Proficient with HRIS systems and skilled in using data and analytics to drive decisions. • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. • Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in documents and processes. • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
