• partner with internal teams to maximize user experience • manage long-term relationships for AML compliance • own end-to-end AML onboarding compliance process • become the “guru” on AML onboarding • track Merchant’s business model around Compliance • monitor SLAs of onboarding process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, banking, or law supplemented by Compliance and/or Risk Management training. • 3+ years experience in the Corporate Onboarding space. • commercial mindset with the ability to build merchant relationships. • extensive knowledge of payments and or the banking/finance industry. • excellent English communication skills. • resilient and capacity to challenge and influence • team player that does not shy away from taking ownership. • can structure and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • proactive in problem-solving.
