Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our team. • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a strong pipeline of business opportunities through strategic partnerships. • This role requires a proactive approach to collaborating with partners and our sales team to deliver effective learning technology solutions to our clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or channel sales • Must have previous experience in HCM or Learning tech • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and developing strategic partnerships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel within the NA region as required. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
