• You'll be at the forefront of overseeing revenue-generating activities, cultivating new relationships, expanding existing relationships and closing deals within the restoration and reconstruction domain. • As Business Development Manager for 24Restore, you will formulate strategic plans, and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's mission. • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships in various disaster restoration verticals to maximize revenue from existing accounts. • Engage with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention. • Negotiate deals with clients, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the organization. • Identify, evaluate, and pursue revenue-generating opportunities in the disaster restoration market. • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze potential deals, assess viability, and develop strategies for successful closure. • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in disaster restoration. • Attend networking events and industry associations in the disaster restoration sector to build and expand relationships.

Requirements

• Marketing/Business degree, related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, conducting B2B sales and business development activities across commercial markets • Proven sales experience and established relationships with the development of new and existing client base with key decision makers (ex: executive level personnel). • Preferred verticals – Multi-family, hospitality, Healthcare/ Senior Living Facilities, Class A Office Buildings etc. • Ability to travel 50% locally in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as business needs require • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Proficiency in cold calling, lead creation, and effective follow-up strategies
