• Ce poste vous donne la possibilité de Recevoir, comprendre, acheminer et traiter les demandes techniques des clients telles que les dysfonctionnements de produits ou de services. • Cet emploi est de nature technique et travaille en collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’organisation pour fournir un service exceptionnel à nos clients. • Les services ne se limitent pas aux dysfonctionnements du produit, mais peuvent également inclure une assistance proactive, prédictive, liée aux mises à jour et aux installations. • Vous avez pour principales missions Service Client et Support Technique : Agir en tant qu’ambassadeur de Philips HealthTech, en veillant à la satisfaction des clients tout en atteignant les objectifs commerciaux. • Utiliser des diagnostics à distance, des techniques de dépannage et des informations techniques pour résoudre les problèmes. • Gérer les plaintes liées à la sécurité ou non et les escalades, en assurant une analyse, un enregistrement et une action précis et rapides. • Documenter avec précision les dossiers de service, y compris les diagnostics, les procédures de résolution et l’état du dossier. • Gérer directement les contrôles de disponibilité des pièces et les commandes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience connexe dans des rôles techniques. • Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle impliquant un contact direct avec la client • Attitude « Customer First » pour garantir la satisfaction des clients. • Capacité d’exprimer de la sympathie, de l’empathie et de la patience, particulièrement lors de la résolution de problèmes à distance. • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite pour documenter avec précision les dossiers de service. • Capacité à identifier et mettre en œuvre la solution la plus efficace et la plus rentable pour minimiser les temps d’arrêt des clients. • Connaître son niveau d’autonomie et savoir quand escalader les problèmes par les canaux appropriés. • Suivre les procédures établies pour les tâches de routine et chercher des instructions uniquement pour les nouvelles affectations.
