β’ Oversee and provide strategic direction for the wholesale mortgage account executive team. β’ Mentor, train, and support AEs to ensure they achieve and exceed their sales goals. β’ Manage sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and secondary market guidelines. β’ Drive deal structuring strategies, working closely with underwriting and operations to facilitate seamless loan closings. β’ Provide guidance to AEs on loan structuring, pricing, and ensuring alignment with product guidelines. β’ Develop and maintain relationships with other managers throughout the company to ensure a cohesive team and a collaborative approach. β’ Collaborate with leadership, including the President of Wholesale and SVP of Wholesale, to establish sales targets and optimize processes. β’ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mortgage loan origination system and work with other managers to continually improve processes and enhance system efficiencies. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokerages, attending industry events to increase market presence. β’ Represent Dominion at industry conferences and networking events to stay ahead of market trends, build relationships, and expand our wholesale and non-QM mortgage presence.
