• Strategic Thinking: Capable of identifying high-impact sales opportunities. • Relationship Building and Influence: Ability to build relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders. • Analytical Problem Solving: Able to dissect complex problems within financial IT ecosystems. • Proven Track Record in Solution Architecture for Financial Services: Successfully designed and implemented solutions for financial services. • Hands-on AI/ML Development Experience: Developed AI/ML products or statistical models. • Direct Client Engagement: Experience working directly with financial services clients. • Technical Sales Strategy Development: Developing technical sales strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth. • Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of key financial services use cases and regulatory standards. • Programming Skills: Proficient in Python, R, SAS, or other languages for AI/ML models. • Technical Architecture Design: Designing architectures that integrate AI/ML platforms. • Communication and Presentation: Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts. • Integration and Deployment Tools: Proficiency with integration tools and relevant financial technology platforms.
