📋 Description

• Aufbau, Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung von erstklassigen Kundenbeziehungen im Gebiet der Fluglinien und Flughäfen • Analyse und Bewertung der Bedürfnisse von Key Kunden & Aufbau von Kundenentwicklungsplänen in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten • Erschließung innovativer Lösungsansätze in den Bereichen Passagierfluss, IT-Systemkomponenten und Flughafensicherheit • Deutschlandweite Betreuung und stetiger internationaler Austausch mit Kunden auf Fachkongressen • Maßgebliche Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung • Initiator oder Begleiter neuer innovativer Lösungsansätze und Geschäftsfelder bezogen auf den Vertrieb von Neuanlagen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Systeme • Aktive Verfolgung und Entwicklung von Cross Selling Potentialen • Marktbeobachtung und Analyse der relevanten Zielmärkte

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Engineering, Business Economics, Marketing oder vergleichbar • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales, Marketing, Business Development im Airport- und Airline Umfeld oder vergleichbar • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz und fundierte Vertriebskenntnisse für die Vermarktung erklärungsbedürftiger elektronischer Produkte und Lösungen der Gebäudetechnik • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten auf Senior Level • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse • Hands-on Mentalität, Offenheit, Pioniergeist • Fähigkeit zur funktionalen Führung in agilen Teams
