Description

• PE-backed start-up, DoseSpot is an innovative leader in electronic prescribing software. • Seeking a Senior Account Manager to foster strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients. • Oversee a portfolio of enterprise level accounts, driving customer success and increasing product adoption. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to organizational goals. • Manage a portfolio of accounts, act as the primary point of contact, negotiate contracts, and identify growth opportunities. • Conduct strategic account reviews, address client concerns, and keep clients informed of product updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • At least five years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role, with experience managing enterprise-level accounts. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. • Expertise with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and build strategic partnerships. • Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts while maintaining attention to detail. • Willingness and ability to travel 10-12 times annually for client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
