Description

• Identify sales prospects and leads, pitching and selling Dots360. • Drive new business through prospecting, deal and pipeline management, and closing abilities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support, Product, Development, Finance, and Legal/Compliance. • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of products and services.

Requirements

• 5 years of proven successful experience in strategic partnerships or sales environment (preferably in the recruitment/HR/background screening industry). • Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Matric Qualification. • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills. • Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. • Ability to deliver presentations. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Strong executive presence and communicating abilities. • Comfort in a startup environment; able to wear many hats in a dynamic setting.
