📋 Description

• Double the Donation was founded in 2011 and specializes in cloud-based software. • We've grown to be the leading provider of fundraising software for nonprofit organizations. • In this role, you will manage a team of business development representatives. • Daily contact with leading nonprofit organizations mainly in the United States. • Help organizations leverage software to raise more money for their cause. • The ideal candidate is a fast learner and comfortable managing a team.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role. • Consistent availability and looking for a long-term position • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing high-performing teams • In-depth understanding of the business development lifecycle • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills • Prior experience managing a team for multiple years • Prior experience researching email addresses and contacts is helpful • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and driven • Incredibly responsive • Willingness to get on Zoom and have voice conversations with the team • Highly organized and outstanding organizational ability • Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average • Individuals who graduate with a major that could be a good fit including Communications, Business Ad, Marketing, or other Business degrees
