Description

• Design and implement programs and tools to prepare key leaders for future roles including development plans, coaching, mentoring and stretch assignments. • Manage the full lifecycle of talent development programs, using AI and automation tools to improve program design, execution, and tracking. • Design and facilitate career development workshops that support employee career progression and skill-building. • Support talent management processes to identify key talent and build a strong leadership pipeline. • Develop career growth programs including career pathing frameworks and internal mobility tools, contributing to manager development initiatives where needed. • Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and resources to deliver impactful development experiences. • Leverage LMS systems, e-learning platforms and Workday to enhance program delivery and integrate development programs into HR systems and processes. • Champion a culture of growth and continuous learning, using data analytics and AI to drive insights and improvements. • Ensure all programs are inclusive, innovative, measurable and aligned to business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or a similar HR role. • Proven ability to design and execute large-scale talent development programs, preferably in high-growth environments. • Deep understanding of career development frameworks; experience with talent marketplace platforms and AI tools to personalize career development content a plus. • Proficiency in managing LMS systems, e-learning tools, Workday and vendor relationships. • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire leaders at all levels. • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring program impact and making data-informed decisions. • High level of collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across departments.
