• Assign VIP players to the proper host, and balance territory assignments on a monthly and quarterly cadence to ensure our VIPs receive the best experience possible. • Act as a trusted advisor when making strategic hiring decisions based on data analysis to optimize resource allocation, maximize sales productivity, and achieve revenue targets in each territory. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions around planning and book of business assignments. • Evolve current procedures by identifying gaps to streamline workflows and drive efficiency. • Partner with cross-functional departments to strategize and maximize team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in territory management or a related field to drive process improvements, particularly in provisioning. • Demonstrate strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and efficiently manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. • Excel in a fast-paced environment, remain self-motivated, and adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines. • Proficiency in applications such as Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Salesforce. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to managers and leadership.
