Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales manager or similar role from a diabetes device company. • Has an established base of strong relationships among providers who prescribe diabetes-related devices. • A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in the provider market. • Strong understanding of the healthcare solutions that are sold and deployed in the context of a health system. • Excellent communication skills, and ability to develop and deliver excellent communications to business executives, clinical leaders, and a range of clinical audiences. • Willing to sell a pioneering first-in-market solution and partner with internal stakeholders to advance and evolve the go-to-market package to meet market needs. • Strong financial acumen, ability to understand customer budgets and budgeting, and tailor value propositions to meet business needs while working within customer constraints. • Ability to travel throughout the specific territory.
