β€’ Dreamscape Learn, a leading pioneer in immersive XR educational products, seeks a top-performing Business Development Representative (BDR). β€’ The BDR is responsible for driving inbound and outbound prospecting, lead generation, and early-stage sales engagement with senior academic and technical leaders at universities and colleges. β€’ BDRs must demonstrate the skills and experience required to engage with senior-level decision makers in K12 and higher education institutions. β€’ The BDR role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about new business sales and innovative educational technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of business development, sales, or EdTech experience, preferably in higher education β€’ Passion for innovation in education β€’ Proven track record of significantly growing the top of the sales funnel, handling inbound lead response and researching, prospecting, engaging, and qualifying decision-makers β€’ Verifiable record of gaining access to key decision makers at senior levels in universities and colleges β€’ Proven experience in successfully transitioning partially qualified leads to field sales counterparts for outbound sales pursuit β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills β€’ Critical thinker and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail β€’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound outreach β€’ Experience with Salesforce and sales automation platforms
