β€’ CALIWATER is a celebrity-backed start-up offering an unparalleled opportunity to directly impact the success of a rapidly growing business in an emerging category. β€’ Ability to work directly with the Founders, and Executive leadership. β€’ Responsible for the midwest territory and should be based in the Chicago area. β€’ Achieve monthly volume and distribution targets, driving overall sales growth in your market. β€’ Take ownership of regional chain retailers, implementing promotion calendars, introducing new items, and marketing programs. β€’ Meet key financial and sales objectives, leveraging data-driven strategies to boost performance. β€’ Strategically plan and prioritize your weekly activities in the field, ensuring timely visits to target accounts to address voids, enhance shelf visibility, and secure reorders from store managers. β€’ Oversee flawless execution of new product launches, promotions, and secondary placements. β€’ Cultivate and nurture relationships with store-level buyers to strengthen partnerships. β€’ Secure additional product placements within accounts, including secondary points of purchase and cooler spaces. β€’ Ensure effective implementation of Retail programs in the marketplace. β€’ Maintain daily communication with your manager. Participate in weekly calls with your manager, attend monthly team meetings, and provide comprehensive monthly recaps. Share market-level insights, including customer and consumer feedback, competitive activities, and market successes as needed. β€’ Support partnerships with distributors, brokers, and retailers in your market. β€’ Dedicate approximately 80% of your time to field visits, engaging with various accounts.

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of Sales or Marketing experience with a CPG brand preferably in the F&B industry. β€’ Experience working with distributors and selling through Retail, On-Premise and Food Service channels. β€’ Familiarity with analytics tools, data-driven approach to sales. β€’ Competitive, self-starter who is highly motivated to achieve goals. β€’ Possessing strong planning, organization, and project management abilities, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills. β€’ Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. β€’ Displaying an inquisitive nature to understand our customers, driven to find innovative ways to better connect with consumers. β€’ Must have a clean driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. β€’ Physically capable of lifting 20 lbs., setting up, executing, and tearing down promotional items. The role entails regular standing, kneeling, and walking distances of up to Β½ mile at a time. β€’ Must live in the Texas market with the ability to travel between Dallas, Austin and Houston regularly.

β€’ The salary range for this role is $70k - $90k with a bonus
