Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain management primarily with a CPG brand in the F&B industry. • Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using Shopify, ShipStation, various WMS and other DTC software tools. • Experience managing Co-Packers, 3PL’s, Vendors, Freight brokers and negotiating pricing. • Experience with UNFI, KeHE, DPI and DSD distributors. • Expert in Excel and other software tools utilized for planning. • Proven experience with high-growth brands preferred and success working with cross functional teams. • Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving. • Must be able to travel to production facilities and warehouses when needed. • Innovative and eager to work in a team with a disruptive mindset.
