β€’ OLIPOP was founded in 2017 by Ben Goodwin and David Lester to provide delicious and healthy alternatives to soda. β€’ The team is invested in personal development and supports a tight-knit and collaborative remote culture. β€’ The Marketing Director will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. β€’ Will lead a marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and brand awareness. β€’ Responsibilities include launching new products, managing budgets, and mentoring team members.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies; brand-side experience required; CPG preferred. β€’ Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. β€’ In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis. β€’ Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Depth of experience in CPG and the retail environment with proven success in collaborating with sales to expand distribution, product portfolio and relationships with key customers. β€’ Proficiency in marketing software and tools (POS, panel data, CRM, analytics platforms, etc.).
