β€’ Responsible for all aspects of business related to Meijer, Giant Eagle, and Hy-Vee. β€’ Create strategy for promotional calendars and retailer programming. β€’ Lead new item presentations to ensure quick retail introduction. β€’ Gain new distribution and lead customer onboarding. β€’ Create strategy for OLIPOP field teams and merchandising partners. β€’ Ensure new items are set up for launching at designated retailers. β€’ Monthly meetings with Demand Planner and Ops team for accurate forecasts. β€’ Organize marketing activations and coordinate with trade marketing team. β€’ Report weekly to National Account Manager and create presentations for leadership. β€’ Attend tradeshows like Expo West or Expo East.

Requirements

β€’ 2-4 years of experience with a working knowledge of conventional grocery retailers and the CPG industry. β€’ Deep passion for OLIPOP and desire to make an impact. β€’ Obsession for understanding customer behavior. β€’ Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early-stage company. β€’ Strong planning, organization, and project management skills. β€’ Competence in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. β€’ Must work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. β€’ Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation required. β€’ Key Account headquarter level experience is crucial.
