Description
• Responsible for maintaining and retaining customer relationships for waste services. • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to retain business. • Develop knowledge of available services and pricing. • Perform contractual re-signs on existing customers. • Proactively communicate with customers in support of pricing initiatives. • Utilize Salesforce for scheduling and documentation of activities. • Responsible for capturing customer emails and minimizing customer credits. • Increase customer penetration by selling full suite of products. • Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review customer retention activities.
Requirements
• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required) • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. (Required) • Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred).
