Description
• Proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers. • Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business. • Increasing the level of penetration in existing customer base. • Developing and maintaining knowledge of Company’s services, pricing structures. • Performing contractual re-signs on existing customers. • Responding to cancellation requests in alignment with the escalation policy. • Utilizing Salesforce to schedule and document activities. • Increasing customer penetration by selling full suite of products. • Regularly meeting with Sales Manager to review activities and goals.
Requirements
• Waste or transportation industry experience. • High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required) • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. (Required)
