📋 Description
• Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New Business Development Sales Rep • Responsible for conducting outbound calls to independent collision repair shops • Explain our value proposition for converting to franchised collision brands • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets • Identify and summarize actionable leads for follow up appointments • Track and record all interactions in the CRM system • Provide clear and concise information about collision repair offerings • Handle objections professionally
🎯 Requirements
• Highschool diploma or equivalent; Undergraduate degree is preferred • Previous experience in a call center or insurance / estimator environment is a plus • Collision industry experience/knowledge required • Strong verbal / written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with MS Excel & CRM tools • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle sensitive and potentially stressful situations with professionalism
