β€’ Convert leads into opportunities, and subsequently into customers, by utilizing the Aptia sales process, sales/customer acumen, and the sales support resources at their disposal β€’ Be strategic in gaining access to and fostering relationships with prospect leadership and producers across the organizations of accounts β€’ Strategize, create, and deliver compelling solution-focused client presentations for a C-level audience β€’ Seamlessly coordinate between clients and various internal teams to ensure a productive and smooth client experience β€’ Consistently achieve or exceed monthly bookings goals β€’ Learn, maintain, and communicate in-depth knowledge of Aptia’s solutions, industry trends, and competition β€’ Successfully manage and overcome obstacles and objections β€’ Provide closed-loop feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure continuous process and product optimization β€’ Proactively manage your sales pipeline and record sales activities to maintain the quality and accuracy of data in CRM

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience within the Benefits Administration space β€’ Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively apply knowledge of technical products, services, and solutions β€’ Proven track record in consultative sales with Brokers, Consultants, and Employers β€’ Exceptional relationship-building skills with both mid-level and C-suite executives, with the ability to build consensus within the buying team β€’ Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills, combined with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a results-driven, positive attitude
