πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop and retain DataTree client base by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers to achieve maximum sales volume. β€’ Leverage expertise in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and delivering compelling in-person presentations and demonstrations. β€’ Build net-new client relationships: sell property data & services to multiple industry verticals. β€’ Identify and generate new business opportunities: compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from networking, websites, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources and develop and execute on a call plan for qualified lenders, servicers, secondary market, insurance, spatial, and proptech firms. β€’ Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement a plan to meet those needs. β€’ Collaborate with internal marketing teams provided for their segment where needed to develop marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence to drive brand awareness to support sales strategy. β€’ Effectively create or adapt and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, and others. β€’ Interact daily with other work groups. β€’ Communicate proactively with and respond in a timely manner to clients. β€’ Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. β€’ Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. β€’ Proven sales record and established business contacts within the relevant industry segment. β€’ Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. β€’ Strong planning, organizational, and territory management skills. β€’ Ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions. β€’ Diplomatic and tactful in interactions. β€’ Persistent, tenacious, and consistent in pursuing revenue opportunities. β€’ Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions. β€’ In-depth understanding of market and competition, with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities. β€’ Persuasive and influential in negotiations. β€’ Professional appearance and positive company image. β€’ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, or comparable sales tracking programs.
