📋 Description
• Provide proactive service to existing accounts as part of the customer retention strategy • Exercise a broad knowledge of the organization's services and products • Make proactive service calls in person or via telephone on existing accounts • Formulate and implement business plans specific to the needs of individual accounts • Identify new and ancillary product sales opportunities • Represent the company at benefit and enrollment fairs • Cultivate and develop strong business relationships with key client decision-makers • Maintain current working knowledge of existing and new products/services
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience • Three years experience servicing customers and managing accounts, preferably in the employee benefits or Healthcare/Insurance industry • Demonstrated track record in meeting sales and servicing goals • Knowledge of underwriting, products, services, and healthcare industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven presentation skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to travel locally via car up to 70% of the time • Clean DMV record
