Description

•We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and driven operations field leader •Responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth •Lead a team of regional operations directors and training managers •Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business goals •Requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and understanding of the hospitality/retail industry •Lead and support the talent pipeline to perform and deliver on operational processes •Work cross-functionally to provide input and standards •Drive change as they lead the execution of short and long-term strategies •Develop their team and field teams to achieve operational excellence and profitability

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in related field •5+ years in field operations leadership experience in a fast-paced company •Demonstrated history of success in leading operational excellence, customer experience, and loss prevention •3+ years of experience in leading and delivering operational results for a growth organization •Experience in a high growth brand a plus •Strong ability to strategize and clearly articulate and execute a vision •Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, high growth environment •Effective communication skills within all levels of an organization
