• Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls educating customers regarding warranties • Simplifying complex automotive warranties while providing world-class customer service • Finding solutions to challenging calls • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-functioning team environment

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution • Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus • Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred
