Description
• Assists ACS constituents with requests for programs and services • Matches constituents to national resource support to improve quality of life for cancer patients • Develops strong working relationships with patients and healthcare systems • Documents data points in CRM database • Strives for first contact resolution • Coordinates ACS transportation and support programs • Triages requests to internal groups
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Contact center and/or customer service experience desirable • Work from home experience desirable • Strong verbal communication and listening skills required • Demonstrated written communication skills required • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong customer service orientation • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) desirable • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and tools • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Typing proficiency of 40 WPM • Comfortable making independent decisions
