📋 Description

• We are seeking a skilled and strategic Treasury Director to join our Tax & Treasury team. • In this position, you will ensure Dropbox maintains robust liquidity, an optimized capital structure, and robust treasury operations. • This role requires close collaboration with Dropbox's senior finance executive team. • The ideal candidate should have a solid comprehension of treasury tasks, including dealing with capital markets and forecasting cash flow. • You will have the opportunity to work on complex financial transactions, capital allocation planning, and global risk management initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience, preferably in a publicly traded tech company • Robust knowledge of capital markets, liquidity management, and share repurchase programs • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), cash forecasting models, and debt instruments • Proficiency in financial modeling, risk analytics, and scenario analysis • Impressive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred)
