Description
• Support the invoicing process • Assist in the management of invoicing tasks • Ensure accuracy and compliance • Collaborate with teams for invoicing information • Handle custom invoicing inquiries • Deliver invoices to external parties • Contact customers for overdue invoices • Prepare invoicing reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent additional years of experience • 3+ years of applicable experience • Familiarity with SaaS invoicing processes • Experience with financial management systems (Workday Financials, Ariba, Coupa) • Strong attention to detail • Good communication skills • Customer service orientation • Ability to manage multiple tasks • High level of professionalism
