β€’ Contribute to the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with the sales team's objectives. β€’ Lead the design and delivery of sales training programs, focusing on content creation and development. β€’ Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and determine priorities. β€’ Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes. β€’ May manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. β€’ Assist in identifying and implementing sales enablement technology solutions. β€’ Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement programs. β€’ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role β€’ Proven experience in sales and sales enablement β€’ Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology β€’ A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology β€’ Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus β€’ Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus
