• Regional Sales Manager coaches and develops sales representatives to drive revenue • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan covering sales and revenue • Meet planned sales goals and increase revenue within the region • Set individual sales targets with the sales team • Track sales goals and report results to stakeholders • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation • Monitor competition for new opportunities or trends in the market • Develop action plans for growth in response to market changes • Implement Sales Training Programs for Outside Sales Representatives • Motivate, coach and mentor the sales team • Develop specific key or assigned accounts within the region • Manage specific projects to drive revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience • At least 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years leading a sales team • Experience in customer relationship management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Dedication to providing great customer service • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers • Must cultivate curiosity and seek to improve their knowledge
