Description
• Support the sales process in contributing the accurate discovery and scoping of technical services. • Aid with Sales and Account Manager scoping requests for Implementation, Training, Conversions, Interfaces and other services. • Work directly with clients and other NextGen team members to perform technical discovery. • Create statements of work, project plans/timelines, services presentation slides; present proposed solutions to clients. • Assist with data collection and execution of new strategies for process improvement. • Manage, triage, prioritize requests for services. • Contribute to the ideation and implementation of changes to the Sales Support process.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree. • Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
