β’ Support the sales process in contributing the accurate discovery and scoping of technical services. β’ Aid with Sales and Account Manager scoping requests for Implementation, Training, Conversions, Interfaces and other services. β’ Work directly with clients and other NextGen team members to perform technical discovery. β’ Create statements of work, project plans/timelines, services presentation slides; present proposed solutions to clients. β’ Assist with data collection and execution of new strategies for process improvement. β’ Manage, triage, prioritize requests for services. β’ Contribute to the ideation and implementation of changes to the Sales Support process.
