• Lead the strategic vision and execution of the company’s global service solutions. • Focus on driving growth in Managed and Multivendor Services across diverse markets. • Collaborate closely with the global sales leadership team to influence Service Solutions. • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to unlock new revenue streams and ensure successful service delivery across the Americas. • Develop and maintain a strategic outlook on the services business, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. • 10-15+ years of experience in global services leadership, preferably with a focus on managed or multivendor services solutions at a senior level. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. • Experience and successful track record of working with customers in the Retail sector. • Proven experience in developing and executing global service strategies that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. • Deep expertise in sales, market planning, and business development, with an established track record of building and managing a robust sales funnel and exceeding aggressive revenue targets. • Experience working collaboratively with senior executives across various business units and regions to deliver comprehensive service solutions. • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex strategies and ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to travel domestically and/or globally up to 50% of the time, as necessary.
