• Provide advanced analytic support including data collection, trending, analytics, reporting and forecasting • Prepare complex data for various internal and external customers • Conduct complex ad-hoc analytics • Create new analytic tools • Engineer efficient report generation process • Serve as mentor/coach for less experienced employees • Collaborate with customers for analytic support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 5+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field • Nice to Have: Experience in Risk Adjustment • Healthcare data experience • Value based healthcare experience
