• Lead facilitation efforts to develop documentation for business processes • Provide subsequent training, if necessary • Develop instructional templates and work processes • Collaborate with subject matter experts and system business owners • Analyze existing processes and recommend changes • Develop and communicate change management information • Conduct Train the Trainer sessions • Complies with all policies and standards
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years of business process or training experience
