Description

• The Business Analyst elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates business requirements. • Collaborates with stakeholders to impact operational effectiveness, product development, and customer experience. • Independently or collaboratively completes assignments, may lead specific initiatives. • Develops and maintains awareness of company’s products and processes. • Creates and maintains business requirements for projects, documenting workflows and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. • Work experience in Life Insurance & Annuity industry. • Insurance coursework (LOMA), BA Certification (IIBA), or business process training (LEAN Six Sigma) is a plus. • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Strong documentation writing skills with attention to detail. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • General understanding of customer experience and service orientation. • Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts, SDLC process, and project management.
