• Provides analytical and project management support to corporate and business line initiatives • Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels • Coaches team members • Identifies and maintains key linkages with business partners • Helps senior management with pro-active reporting and analysis • Resolves issues by conferring with staff and management • Works cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes • Analyzes company data to recommend initiatives that positively impact financial results

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or progressive work experience • 3+ Years of related experience • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills • Exceptional active listening skills
