Requirements

β€’ 1+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity environment. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is preferred. β€’ Technologically proficient with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including objection handling and persuasive reframing. β€’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing high activity levels. β€’ Skilled at relationship building, time blocking, and organized follow-through.
