📋 Description

• ecosio is a fast-growing, innovative service company and a leading provider of B2B integration, specialising in electronic data interchange (EDI), Web EDI and e-invoicing. • If you enjoy closing, developing client relationships, building trust and you believe in consultative selling, let’s see if you are our new Team Lead for a team of Account Executives. • You'll connect with the role if you enjoy coaching and mentoring your sales team, shadowing your team and helping them develop their skills, and taking responsibility for 1:1 meetings and weekly team meetings. • You will be rolling up your sleeves and joining your team on key deals, doing pipeline scrubs & forecasting with your direct reports, and shaping and executing go to market strategies. • The role involves proactively improving the sales strategy, initiating appropriate developments and implementing necessary measures to reach targets, highlighting pain points & inefficiencies to sales operations, and reporting and performance tracking of all sales activities, including defining, monitoring, and improving relevant KPIs and OKRs. • Data-driven decision making and working with Salesforce are also part of the job, along with an ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• min 4-5 years of working experience in B2B SaaS sales • experience working in growing scale-ups • leadership experience in an international team • passion for sales and willingness to roll up your sleeves to make your team successful • Salesforce experience • German at a C2 level and fluent English skills
