Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related role β€’ Prior experience in managing customer success initiatives β€’ Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships β€’ Experience in agriculture and/or food systems is highly desirable β€’ Deep understanding of agriculture production systems, including supply chains and food processing
