Description

β€’ A Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) engages, retains, and enables customers. β€’ Builds relationships and achieves trusted adviser status. β€’ Works closely with account executives for renewals and expansion opportunities. β€’ Drives forward Client Engagement Model for mutual success. β€’ Takes responsibility for accounts from onboarding to renewal. β€’ Anticipates customer needs and mitigates risk throughout customer life cycle. β€’ Measures and reports on customer experience, health, product utilization, and value realization. β€’ Inspires change to drive adoption of best practices. β€’ Predicts risk, renewal, and expansion within customer portfolio.

Requirements

β€’ Ability to travel 25-50% β€’ Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.com preferred β€’ Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
