Requirements

β€’ Manage a team of sales specialists, ensuring that they have the tools, support, and motivation to achieve OTE. β€’ Implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. β€’ Monitor and analyze sales performance data via HubSpot CRM, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback to your team to drive improvement and ensure targets are met. β€’ As the main point of contact between sales and product, continuously train sales team members, ensuring that the team stays up to date about brand offerings, differentiation and industry trends. β€’ Ensure that all customer interactions provide a high level of service and satisfaction, building lasting relationships with families and ensuring positive outcomes for students. β€’ Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, from lead generation to closing, to increase efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Provide regular reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing on sales performance, market trends, and potential areas of growth.
