Requirements

β€’ 3+ years experience in sales management with a proven track record of success β€’ 5+ years experience in residential real estate sales β€’ Experience coaching real estate agents β€’ Experience in public speaking and training β€’ Experience in a proptech startup or other fast paced, technology driven environment β€’ Experience selling proptech solutions to brokerages, real estate agents and/or teams aligning to drive business outcomes β€’ Experience hiring and onboarding sales teams β€’ Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Looker, & Slack β€’ Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations.
