Description

β€’ Responsible for managing EDPRO’s customer offering in the propane cylinder sector β€’ Complete responsibility for the entire customer acquisition process β€’ Leadership in existing customer service and retention β€’ Directly identify potential cylinder sector customers within the territory β€’ Establish contact with decision makers and develop persuasive supply proposals β€’ Manage customer relationships to maximize retention and growth β€’ Maintain information in the Company approved CRM database β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with third party entities β€’ Monitor and lead activities to ensure compliance, integrity and effectiveness β€’ Participate in accounts receivable functions to ensure payment β€’ Assist in addressing urgent afterhours issues

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 3 years experience in a sales and/or propane-industry related role β€’ Highly committed to customer service excellence β€’ Understanding of customer relationship management and general sales processes β€’ Exceptional organizational skills, with little direction needed to consistently achieve results β€’ Strong work ethic and attention to detail β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team
