• Heartfelt IT is a leading Canadian managed service provider specializing in IT helpdesk and cybersecurity for small businesses with up to 10 computers. • Seeking a proactive and attentive Account Manager to manage client accounts and oversee service delivery. • Ensure clients receive their IT services as promised, while also assessing client operations and proposing optimal IT solutions. • Transform client relationships into growth opportunities and monitor client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, Customer Service or similar role in the IT industry. • Demonstrated experience in client care with a strong focus on addressing and prioritizing client needs. • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions for small business. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent English. • Willing to work Eastern Time. • Must have a separate room designated as a mini-office, distinct from the bedroom, kitchen, and other common areas. • Strong internet connection, fiber optic is preferred. • Secured Laptop will be provided by company.
